Frozen food savings highlight commissaries in March

March is Frozen Food Month and the NCAA basketball tournament, which means great savings on frozen foods and more for commissary shoppers.

"Your commissary is 'Chillin' in March' with cool pricing in their frozen food section and plenty of savings on goodies as you watch the annual NCAA basketball tournament," said Randy Chandler, DeCA sales director.
DeCA's industry partners - vendors, suppliers and brokers - are collaborating with commissaries in March to offer discounts beyond everyday savings. Overseas stores may have substitute events for certain promotional programs. Customers are asked to check their local commissary for details on dates and times for the following promotions:

• Nestlé and Acosta are offering in-store coupons and price reductions throughout stores worldwide. The promotion is highlighted by their product displays, March 6 - April 2.
• ConAgra Foods will feature the "ConAgra Foods 75¢ Sale" from March 6 to 19 with select items priced at 75 cents in commissaries worldwide. Their website, www.conagracommissarydeals.com, also has coupons customers can print and use in commissaries.
• Webco features Ocean Spray's "Chillin Dollar Day Sale" pallet sale through March 5. Also, prices will be reduced for a variety of Ocean Spray items in stateside stores. Look for the mass displays and banners from March 1 to 15.

Also, don't forget to pick up and register a Commissary REWARDS card, which you can download coupons directly onto. They can be found on the bookshelf near the seating/coffee area at the front of the store.
